Children’s Portrait Artist
Full-time portrait artist Kate Bradley’s studio is located in Lynchburg, VA, just up the road from Charlottesville. Kate’s worked with families from Tennessee to Texas and everywhere in between, helping them to capture and celebrate their children in a portrait.
From Cubicle to Studio
Kate Bradley decided to pursue her life-long goal of becoming a professional portrait painter when she was laid off from her office job in 2008. She went on a study abroad trip to Florence, Italy to learn the classical painting techniques of the old masters, like DaVinci and Michelangelo. After returning home to Memphis, TN, Kate began painting and teaching art.
